เราหายด้วยน้ำมันมะพร้าว ออร์แกนิคค่ะ ทาทิ้งไว้ 15 นาที หลังอาบน้ำ หลังจากนั้นก็อาบน้ำอีกรอบค่ะ เราใช้น้ำมันมะพร้าวอยู่หลายวันค่ะ กว่าจะหายเป็นปกติ ดูประโยชนจากน้ำมันมะพร้าว จะบอกว่าน้ำมันมะพร้าวสุดยอดมากๆนะคะ เพื่อนๆ แต่ก็อาจจะมีบางคนแพ้ แต่น้อยค่ะ สูตรที่เราจะนำมาบอกเพื่อนๆ มีบางสูตรจะใช้น้ำมันมะพร้าวผสมลงไปด้วยค่ะ เราจะใช้น้ำมันมะพร้าวน้ำหอม อาจจะแพงหนอย แต่กลิ่นหอมเหมือนขนมค่ะ Aroma coconut oil (น้ำมันมะพร้าวน้ำหอม) หาซื้อได้ที่ สันติอโศก ถนน นวมินทร์ คลิกดูร้านนี้นะคะ ศูนย์รวม ผลิตภัณฑ์ให้เราเลือก เยอะแยะเลยค่ะ ที่นั่นจะเป็นแหล่ง สินค้าปลอดสารค่ะ แม่ค้า ร้านค้าต่างๆ จะหยุดทุกวันจันทร์ ค่ะ
สูตร ขัด ผิว ผิวขาวกระจ่างใส ลดรอยด่าง ดำ
ด้วยพระเอก คือ สูตรขัดผิว มะขามเปียก ส่วนผสม และวิธีทำ ดังนี้
- เกลือแกง (ให้ปั่นอีกรอบนะคะใช้ที่ปั่นพริก)ผสม เบคกิ้งโซดา เลือกอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งค่ะ 30-40cc
- มะขามเปียก พอประมาณ
- โยเกิร์ต 1/4 ถ้วย
- นมสด 1/2 กล่องเล็ก
- น้ำผึง2-3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
- ถ้วย พาย หรือช้อน สำหรับ ผสม
วิธีทำ; นำมะขามเปียก ผสมกับน้ำอุ่น แล้วขยำเอาแต่น้ำค่ะ เทเกลือแกงลงในถ้วย ตามด้วยน้ำมะขามที่เราเตรียมเอาไว้ น้ำผึ้ง โยเกิร์ต และนมสด คนส่วนผสมทั้งหมดให้เข้ากัน ค่ะ สำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการ ลดรอยดำ ตาม ข้อศอก เข่า ให้ทำ สองอาทิตย์ ต่อครั้ง คะ สูตรนี้ไม่เหมาะสำหรับคนผิวแพ้ง่ายนะคะ ในมะขามจะมีกรด AHA ท่านใดไม่เคยขัดผิวมาก่อน อาจจะมีคันยิบๆนิดหนึ่งค่ะ เป็นอาการปกติค่ะ ทำไปบ่อย ก็จะชินไปเอง ค่า 🙂 🙂
สูตรมะกรูด ท่านใดชอบกลิ่นมะกรูด freshing จากธรรมชาติ ส่วนผสม และวิธีทำ
- เบคกิ้งโซดาผสมเกลือแกง 30-40cc เลือกอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง
- มะกรูด 1-2 ลูก เลือกที่มีน้ำมากๆนะคะ เปลือกมะกรูดอย่าทิ้งนะคะ เวลาขัดตัวใช้ถูได้ด้วย
- นมสด 1/2 กล่องเล็ก
- น้ำผึ้ง 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
- ถ้าท่านใด มีกลิ่น lavender แบบ ธรรมชาติ หยดลงไป 4-5 หยด
- ถ้วยผสม และพาย หรือช้อน
วิธีทำ: ผ่ามะกรูด บีบเอาแต่น้ำ ไม่เอาเม็ดค่ะ เทเบคกิ้งโซดา ลงในถ้วยผสม น้ำผึ้ง นมสด คนส่วนผสมให้เข้ากัน เทน้ำมะกรูดในขั้นตอนสุดท้ายค่ะ เป็นอันเรียบร้อยค่ะ มะกรูดมีคุณสมบัติ ใกล้เคียงกับมะนาว กลิ่นมะกรูด ทำให้สดชื่นกว่า ทำให้ผิวพรรณ ดูสว่างสดใส ลดเซลล์เสื่อมสภาพ ผิวที่หยาบกร้าน ให้กลับมาเนียนนุ่ม ค่ะ 🙂 🙂 🙂
ทั้งมะขาม มะกรูด ทำให้ผิวกระจ่างใส ลดรอยดำ ด่าง ขจัดเซลล์ ผิวกร้านๆ ได้ดีค่ะ
ถ้าเพื่อนๆขัดหลังไม่ถึง ให้ใช้ ใยบวบ จะมีขายตามร้าน 20 บาทค่ะ เขาจะผูกติดไม้ เราใช้ตลอดค่ะเวลาอาบน้ำ
สูตรขัดหน้า ธรรมชาติ ส่วนผสม และวิธีทำ
- เบคกิ้งโซดา 1-2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
- โยเกิร์ต 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
- น้ำมะนาว 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
- ถ้วยผสม และพาย หรือช้อนกาแฟ
